Our Promise to You
Julie’s Imprinting strives to provide the highest quality imprinting possible and takes the utmost care in completing each order. As owner, my greatest reward is that you are completely satisfied with your imprinting order. Although I try my best to imprint every album perfectly, an error may occur during the imprinting process. If an error should occur on my part during the imprinting process, I will replace your album (or album part) with the exact or similar album (or part). If the album is imprinted again, it will be done so at no charge.
Please note that some albums and/or materials imprint better than others. Foil imprinting on these less favorable materials may not be as consistent or optimal as on other albums. This is not considered an error in the imprinting process. Julie’s Imprinting will contact you before completing an order if we question the material. If you have a question about an album material or brand, please email us before shipping.

Shipping Instructions
- Print and complete one order form per album; print text clearly
- Remove all straps, posts and pages
- Ship only the parts of the album to be imprinted
- A box is highly recommended for shipping, with packaging to secure and protect your album parts
Shipping Charges within New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT only). USPS (Priority or Ground Advantage) and UPS Ground shipping includes $100 of insurance.
- $12.00 - Up to 3 Album Covers (with or without spines)
- $10.50 - Up to 15 Spines Only
- $7.00 - Flex Plate(s) or Mat(s) Only
These rates are based on shipping to destinations within the 6 New England states only.
Contact Us for a shipping amount on your order if you:
- Reside outside of New England
- Have more than the maximum number of covers or spines (listed above)
Please provide your zip code and the specific number of album covers and spines that will be included in your order. The shipping rate will be determined by your zip code and the weight of your order.
Payment: We accept checks and all major credit cards. Make checks payable to Julie’s Imprinting. PayPal or Venmo upon request. Once an order is received and reviewed, a PayPal invoice or Venmo request will be sent.
Payment information is due at the time the order is placed.

Turnaround time: Approximately 10 - 14 business days from date of receipt. Turnaround times may vary during peak demand times or for large orders. Return shipping typically adds up to 3 business days to turnaround time.
